2. I actually get a Happy surprise, and also a wake up call, because I didn't realize how much I'm speding in furniture, cars and other stuff. I also learn what things are account for and which things doesn't. It was a learning experience!

3. I have to calculate my net worth every year since, I have two children in college. I'm happy to say I'm satisfied with my net worth. You can always work more and make more, but you always end up spending more. I have no mortgage on my house now, so that has helped a great deal. We have a certificate saying our house is paid off and that's a real good feeling.

4. This all came at a good time for me. I just came into a little bit of money and all the ideas help me not waste it. Maybe some of it!

7. VERY happy surprise. The last time we calculated our net worth, we still had 2 car payments and owed quite a bit on credit. Our house is not quite payed off but our cars are, as well as our credit cards, and what a difference! This year we have finally been able to start socking away some money and it feels GREAT!

8. We're one-quarter into the year. If you're working on your personal Financial Fitness Challenge, what are you finding to be useful? For example, did you try to track spending? What did it tell you about your daily expenses? Keep up the great work ... and we love to hear your feedback! Susan

9. I am 20 years old and i feel like I am in a lot of debt. Truth be told I am only in 2500 in debt. I have a good paying job but it is hard for me to handle my money the way that I need to. I work for a collection Company and working there scared me to death. So here I am trying to find new ways that will help me to do what I need to do.

10. #9, DEBORAH..2500 is nothing. If it is revolving credit card debt, one way to pay this off quicker is to make a payment EVERY WEEK, even if you take your monthly payment and divide it into 4 payments. This will help you pay off that credit card way FASTER, because interest is charged on a DAILY BALANCE> If you are attacking the prinicpal balance EVERY week instead of once a month. TRY IT IT WORKS>>>>>>>>>.

1. I didn't figure out my net worth for a long time. The last time was maybe 8 or 9 years ago. It was a surprise to see that I improved my worth in that time. I'll do it more often now.
